Adaptation of Ibsen’s famous play set to the music of Grieg. A lazy boy is banished from his village after trying to kidnap a bride . Chased by mountain trolls and briefly saved by the lovely Solveig who he secretly marries, he is forced to leave again, his travels take him to Africa where he wins and loses a fortune. He meets Anitra and her dancing friends. An old man now, he returns home where Solveig is waiting. Good journey story, belly-dancing and movement to wonderful music. Scripted version
